Order delivery time: the same day or second day after placed order.

For standard shippment,the parcel will start tracked within 2-3 working days after delivery.If you require EXPEDITED SHIIPPMENT for quick delivery, you can select FEDEX at the checkout.

Yuintal is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by our Standard Post or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order in time.

 


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you may return your item within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or refund.   

For all return enquiries, please send an email with your name, order number and the details of your query to sales@yuintal-socks.shop.

A member of our team will be in touch shortly to assist. 

 The following returns will not be accepted:

  • It has been over 30 days since you received your order
  • The item has been altered or damaged after being received
  • Clearance / Sale Items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event.
  • Customized Order

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. We do not refund original shipping charges except in cases of a product defect or shipping error.

Shipping of the returned&exchange items is at the customer's expense except in cases of a product defect or shipping error.  

If you paid for your order using PayPal, and require a refund, your PayPal Account will be credited the full order amount within 5 business days of your in-store return.
