Refund policy
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
For all return enquiries, please send an email to sales@yuintal-socks.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The following returns will not be accepted:
- It has been over 14 days since you received your order
- The item has been altered or damaged after being received
- Clearance / Sale items
- Customized orders
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your purchase for a new item, or for a different size or color, kindly send back the original item to obtain a refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and examined the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been authorized. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 8 working days.
Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. We will not refund or provide credit for return postage.
Please note that while every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our products, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
